Russian parties stage Duma walkout in protest of this week's elections
The conservative Liberal Democratic (LDPR), the A Just Russia and the Communist parties walked out of parliament today in protest of what they call widespread fraud and vote rigging in elections this past weekend. Those elections were a major victory for the pro-Kremlin United Russia party, and President Medvedev called it a moral and legal victory. Read more at Radio Free Europe.
